Bubela Real Estate's journey began in 2009 with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed. Owner Chip Bubela had a love of real estate that lead him to open Bubela Real Estate (BRE) in Cedar Park, TX and has relocated to his hometown of Schulenburg. Today, BRE is a growing brokerage specializing in land, residential and commercial real estate for both buyers and sellers. They are inspired by their Texas heritage and deep roots planted in the small town values that originated in the communities they grew up in. Chip came from generations that believe your name precedes your reputation and he upholds this belief by ensuring his team delivers a best-in-class real estate experience that he is proud to put his name on.
In 2022, Bubela Real Estate reached out to our team at Create Sales & Marketing for a refresh and rebrand. Chip Bubela was wanting to bring a new, "Austin-like" feeling to their small hometown that they loved while still being relatable to their clients. Over the course of a 3 months of designing and researching and visits with the spirited Chip Bubela, we created a whole new look and feel for Bubela Real Estate.

PARTNERS INSURANCE
Schulenburg. TX
Partners Insurance is a personal and business insurance companies that takes the mystery out of insurance. They believe that finding the right insurance is an investigative process that involves critical steps to sort through all the pieces of information. Like a PI, at Partners Insurance our investigative skills give them an edge in helping to ensure that they gather data to generate the best conclusions.
In 2022, Bubela Insurance Partners reached out to our team at Create Sales & Marketing for a refresh and rebrand. Partners Chip and Coy were wanting to bring a new, "Austin-like" feeling to their small hometown that they loved while still being relatable to their clients. On Coy's wishlist for this new brand was to have a mascot — he was overjoyed with the results! Over the course of a 3 months of designing and researching and visits with these two highschool friends turned to business partners, we tweaked their name and created a whole new look and feel for Partners Insurance.

PAUL'S PHARMACY
Evansville, IN
Since 1977, Paul's Pharmacy has provided custom solutions tailored to meet the unique medical needs of each individual they serve. As the only local, family-owned, independent pharmacy in the area, Paul's Pharmacy strives to serve the Evansville community members with a high level of care and compassion.
In 2019, Paul's Pharmacy reached out to our team at Create Sales & Marketing to create a one-of-a-kind pharmacy retail experience for the Evansville community. Owners Jacob and Kari Mayer saw an opportunity to bring a sense of community, wellness, history, and home to their boutique-pharmacy storefront. Over the course of a year of designing and researching and two visits to Indiana for installation, our team transformed a once-abandoned video rental store to a welcoming, farmhouse-inspired retail pharmacy storefront focused on a holistic approach to health, beauty, & wellness.

SAFIRE OIL AND GAS CONSULTING

Safire Oil and Gas Consulting is a Houston-based severance tax consulting firm who prides themselves in showing their clients "a different view". Safire was established in 2019 by Sarah Magruder to partner with oil and gas clients, such as Shell and BP, looking to minimize the stress of managing severance tax and maximize opportunities to add to their bottom-line performance.
Magruder approached us at Create Sales & Marketing to create an out-of-the-box, finance-focused experience, both internal and external, that thrives on the unexpected. From brand identity to customer experience and client engagement, we designed a unique look and sales process unlike any in their industry.

Through a passion for competitive fishing, Faith Angler Network is committed to invest in the lives of young anglers by fostering a network that is dedicated to change lives through faith, fishing, and friendship.
Beginning with a love for fishing and a passion for faith, in 2008 Jeff Cook began to dream big. Jeff reached out to the team at Create Sales & Marketing to help cultivate a space and environment that teens want to be a part of. By creating new member packages, hosting their annual banquet, and designing their tournament setup, FAN was able to increase the amount of teens they could reach and bring them together based on a common interest of fishing and faith.

AMENITY SOLUTIONS

Amenity Solutions is a construction company that believes amenity centers are more than just a building, it’s a living, breathing entity. Amenity Solutions knows that the details matter and looked for a team that is well versed in design. Create Sales & Marketing worked side by side with the construction team, choosing building materials, outdoor furniture, interior furniture and artwork to create a space that truly spoke to the community it was a part of as well as have amazing curbside appeal. Photos are usually the first interaction community members have with the amenity so Create directed photoshoots and edited photos to accurately represent the uniqueness of each property.

The refreshed identity highlights their attention to detail and handmade artistry while bringing a modern, stylish flair to their brand.

Updraft Digital came to me with an opportunity to design the brand identity package for one of their clients, Wilco Trading Co. This is a men's leather goods company that is still in the beginning stages but excited about their brand so far.

Owner of Sloane's Sights Photography reached out to me to put together a brand identity package for her photography business. She wanted it to be girly, bright, and playful to represent her personality.

COVID CARDS

In 2020 I decided to design a set of cards for people to be able to send to family and friends while isolated. I hoped these cards would bring a little bit of light and laughter to a hard situation. I sold these and donated the profits to a COVID research organization.
